After The Release of 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) Examination Results, The process of placing learners to different secondary schools began as reported by education cabinet secretary Ezekiel Machogu.
Machogu who released the placement results on Monday 18th December 2023 said that all leaners who sat for 2023 KCPE were placed to different secondary schools, warning the school heads against hiking the school fees, burdening parents.
Machogu said it’s the constitution obligation of the government to offer free education to Kenyan children and it’s the ministry of education with the mandate to issue school fees structure warning county Education Board (CEB) in determining the school fees structure.
However, the students who were successfully placed to different secondary schools can Access the admission letters online and download. The admission letters will be taken to secondary school selected upon reporting next year January.
However, it’s important to note of fake admission letters issued from individuals who purport to work in the ministry of education and have Admission letters, conning parents.

Steps In Downloading 2024 Form One Admission Letter
Once the student has been successfully selected to the secondary school, He or she can access the admission letter of the school selected. The following are steps to consider in order to download the admission letter.
STEP 1: On www.education.go.ke, go to Form One 2024 admission letter.
STEP 2: Select the county and sub-county you sat your KCPE then key in your index number and Submit.
STEP 3: Click on admission letter located at the bottom of the page to get a copy of your admission letter.
STEP 4: Use the printer icon to print or the download icon to download to your computer.
STEP 5: Get your primary school headteacher to endorse the letter and stamp it in the spaces provided.
STEP 6: You will then present it for admission together with a certified copy of your birth certificate.
