Teachers Service Commission has advertised 36, 275 promotion posts for teachers in the new advert issued by the commission.
According to Teachers Service Commission’s CEO Nancy Macharia in a notice, interested qualified applicants are invited to apply in the positionsof Chief Principal, Senior Principal, Principal, Deputy Principal, Senior Lecturer, Senior Master, Secondary Teachers 1, Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher and Senior Teacher.
“The Teachers Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established under (1) of the Constitution. Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites applications from suitably qualified teachers for the posts shown below in line with career progression guideline for Teacher,” TSC Boss Nancy Macharia said in a notice
The interested qualified applicants are advised to submit their application online through TSC online portal www.teacheronline.go.ke as manual application shall not be considered. The application should be submitted latest 8th September 2023.
The promotion will benefit chief principal, senior principal and principal in regular secondary school. Deputy Principal II, Deputy Principal III in regular secondary school. Senior Lecturer I and Senior Lecturer IV in Teachers Training College.
Another promotion post is of senior master III, senior master IV in regular school, secondary teacher 1 in regular school. Head Teacher in Special Need Education Primary School, Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher III in regular primary school.
Promotion slot of Senior Teacher I, Senior Teacher II in regular primary school and Senior Teacher I, Senior Teacher II in Special Needs Education primary school.
