Teachers Service Commission, TSC has highlited the requirements for successful shortlisted applicants who applied for Junior Secondary School teaching vacancy.
TSC had advertised 18,000 vacancies in Junior Secondary School in a bid of boosting the new system of education that advocates for competency based Curriculum.
The shortlisted applicants have been asked to submit the following requirements for documentation verification in respective TSC sub-county offices
TSC Requirement for JSS Intern Document Verification
National ID card
Certificate of registration as a teacher
Diploma/Degree certs and transcripts
Graduation booklet
KCSE certificate (all attempts) and leaving certs
KCPE certificate (all attempts) and leaving certs
Letter of certification of results by KNEC where applicable
NCPWD card where applicable
Current Sworn Affidavit where name differ in academic and professional documents
Birth certificate
During documents verification process, applications have been asked to observe COVID-19 protocol by wearing face mask and maintaining social distance in a bid of combating the spread of the virus.
