Teachers Service Commission has advertised promotion for Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher in Special Needs Education Primary School as interested applicants asked to submit their application online through TSC online portal.
However, for one to apply the promotion of Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher in Special Need Education Primary School Must meet the requirements as stipulated in the notice issued by Teachers Service Commission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:
i. Have served as Deputy Head Teacher II TSC Scale 9 for a minimum period of three (3) years.
ii. Have at least a Diploma in Special Needs Education (in the area of specialty indicated).
iii. Have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
iv. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers.
v. Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
vi. Meet any other requirement the Commission may deem necessary.
NB: – Candidates in Asal and Hard to staff counties who have served in the current grade for at least 2 years are eligible.
