TSC Send Stern Warning to All Applicants on Recruitment of P&P and Intern Secondary School Vacancies


 

In a bid to promote sanity and ethics in education sector, Teachers Service Commission has always ensured transparency and equity in service delivery.

 

 

The commission is seeking to hire 450 interns and 130 permanent and Pensionable secondary school teachers to bridge the gap of insufficient Teachers in secondary schools.

 

 

In advertisement letter, Teachers Service Commission called upon interested qualified applicants to send their application via the commission’s online portal.

 

 

 

However, in a bid to promote transparency and fairness, Teachers Service Commission has send a Stern Warning to all applicants, cautioning them on fraudulence.

 

 

 

TSC has reminded the applicants that recruitment is free of charges, warning the applicants against fraudsters who might exhort money from inspected persons purporting to assist in recruitment.

 

 

“CAUTION: The recruitment exercise is free of charge. The Teachers Service Commission forewarns applicants against fraudsters who might extort money from unsuspecting persons purporting to assist in recruitment,” TSC noted

 

 

 

TSC has asked the applicants to report any fraudulent activity to the nearest TSC office or Teachers Service Commission headquarters, Nairobi.

 

 

 

TSC has issued contact number and email for reporting of any fraudulent activity

 

 

“REPORTING OF FRAUD Any fraudulent activity should be reported to the nearest TSC office or Teachers Service Commission headquarters through the following telephone lines: Director Staffing (0202892193) and Deputy Director- Staffing (0202892131) or write to the Commission through the email address dirstaffing@tsc.go.ke,” TSC indicated in a statement

 

 

Teachers Service Commission has further directed the applicants to report such fraudulent activity near police station, maintaining the stand that the advertised vacancies per county and schools are only available in the Teachers Service Commission’s website.

 

 

 

“Further, any such fraudulent activity should be reported to the nearest police station. Details on available vacancies per county and school is in the Teachers Service Commission’s website: www.tsc.go.ke,” TSC ascertained
