Recruitment Is Free
KDF emphasizes that the entire process is 100% free and merit-based. No one should pay money to join the military or promise favors. Bribery and corruption during recruitment are criminal offenses punishable by law.
How to Identify Genuine Recruitment
- All official announcements are made through verified KDF social media pages and newspapers.
- The only official website for online applications is https://recruit.mod.go.ke.
- KDF officers conducting recruitment wear official uniforms with valid identification.
- No recruitment is conducted through WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal intermediaries.
