Step 1: Access the Registration Portal

1. Visit the TSC website at www.tsc.go.ke.
2. Navigate to the “Online Services” tab.
3. Select “Teachers Online Services.”
4. Click on either “New Teacher Registration for Citizens” or “Teacher Registration for Non-Citizens,” based on your eligibility.

Step 2: Provide Personal Information

1. Input your ID number (or passport number for non-citizens).
2. Enter your surname and personal mobile phone number.
3. Provide your email address (an OTP will be sent for verification).
4. Enter your KRA PIN.
5. Specify your category: ECD, Primary, or Post Primary.
6. Provide your KCSE grade and year (for citizens).
7. Confirm your status as a trained teacher.
