Gender: Indicates the applicant’s gender for representation tracking. Marks Scored: Reflects the performance of the applicant in the recruitment evaluation. Teaching Practice (TP) Grade: Represents the candidate’s grade during teacher training. KCSE Mean Grade: Indicates academic qualifications from high school.

Year of Graduation: Ensures that candidates meet the qualification period. Mobile Number: Facilitates communication if needed. Home County: Specifies the applicant’s county of origin for administrative purposes.

3. Reason for Non-Appearance:          This section captures why the applicant did not attend the verification process, such as illness, lack of required documents, or failure to communicate.

4. Verification and Approval:                The list is reviewed and signed by the Sub-County Selection Panel Secretary and Chairperson, who include their TSC numbers, signatures, and mobile numbers to ensure authenticity.
