For those who make it through the rigorous selection process, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has outlined a checklist of documents required before signing internship agreements and receiving appointment letters.
Successful applicants must submit certified copies of their national ID, TSC registration certificate, academic and professional certificates, KRA PIN, bank card, and passport-size photographs. In addition, they must present an original medical examination report in Form GP 69 and evidence of personal accident insurance cover.
The internship agreement and offer letter must also be duly signed, together with score sheets and minutes of the selection panels. County Directors will then forward all verified documents to TSC headquarters for final approval.
Failure to provide complete documentation will lead to disqualification. This strict checklist is meant to uphold integrity while ensuring interns are adequately prepared for their new responsibilities.
By fulfilling these requirements, interns demonstrate compliance with TSC regulations, paving the way for a smooth transition into teaching service.
