•List of Selected Applicants drawn from Sub-County/County merit lists (Appendix V).
•List of Invited Applicants Who Did Not Appear for Verification (Appendix VI).
•List of Applicants with Disabilities (Appendix VII).
3. Employment and Academic Records
The County Director must forward the following:
•Signed Offer of Employment Letters for the selected applicants.
•Original confirmation of results from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) for applicants lacking original certificates.
•The Original Medical Examination Report (Form GP 69) to confirm the physical fitness of the applicants.
4. Certified Copies of Supporting Documents
Certified copies of the following must be submitted in the specified order:
•National Identification Card.
•Certificate of Registration as a Teacher.
•PTE/DPTE Upgrade Certificate.
•KCSE and KCPE certificates, including results of all attempts for candidates who retook the exams.
