The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is pleased to announce six vacancies for the position of Senior Master III (Secondary SNE) T-Scale 10 under ADVERT NO. 18/2024. Minimum Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Experience as Senior Master IV
Candidates must have served as Senior Master IV in T-Scale 9 for a minimum period of six months. This experience ensures the applicant has adequate leadership and administrative skills necessary for the role. - Certification in Special Needs Education (SNE)
A certificate in Special Needs Education is mandatory for this position. This qualification equips candidates with the expertise to address the unique challenges and opportunities in managing and supporting learners with special needs. - Satisfactory Performance Appraisal Rating
Applicants must have obtained a satisfactory rating in their performance appraisal process. This reflects their commitment to professionalism, effective teaching practices, and adherence to quality standards in education. - Demonstrated Leadership and Mentorship Skills
The role requires candidates to have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to other teachers. This includes guiding colleagues in implementing inclusive teaching practices and improving learning outcomes. - Additional Requirements by the Commission
Applicants must meet any other criteria deemed necessary by TSC to align with current educational priorities and policies.
