- Experience as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I (T-Scale 12):
Applicants must have served in the position of Deputy Principal II or Senior Master I (T-Scale 12) for a minimum period of six (6) months. This experience demonstrates readiness to undertake higher responsibilities in institutional leadership and administration. - Satisfactory Performance Appraisal Rating:
Candidates must have achieved satisfactory ratings in the performance appraisal process. This reflects their ability to meet institutional goals, uphold professional ethics, and maintain accountability. - Demonstrated Leadership and Mentorship Abilities:
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to other teachers. This is essential for fostering professional growth, enhancing teamwork, and maintaining high teaching standards within their institutions. - Additional Requirements:
Applicants must meet any other conditions deemed necessary by the TSC. These may include adherence to professional regulations, a clean disciplinary record, and compliance with all relevant education policies.
