Minimum Requirements for Appointment

To qualify for appointment to this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Experience as Senior Master III
    Applicants must have served as Senior Master III in T-Scale 10 for a minimum period of six months. This experience equips candidates with the necessary leadership and administrative skills to excel in the role of Senior Master II.
  2. Certification in Special Needs Education (SNE)
    A certificate in Special Needs Education is mandatory for this position. This qualification ensures that candidates possess the specialized knowledge and skills required to support learners with special needs and promote inclusive education practices.
  3. Satisfactory Performance Appraisal Rating
    Applicants must have obtained a satisfactory rating in their performance appraisal process. This criterion highlights the candidate’s commitment to professional standards and consistent delivery of quality education.
  4. Demonstrated Leadership and Mentorship Skills
